Everything after the beep is where ScanAtlas wins.

Workflow shape

Capture. route. restore.

ScanAtlas is designed as a loop, not a one-time tool. Capture data quickly, push it into the systems that matter, and keep a restorable backup of the result.

01

Capture & Decode

Scan live, tap NFC, or parse GS1/PDF417 datasets. ScanAtlas pulls out the lot numbers, expiration dates, and critical structured data instantly.

02

Manage & Process

Add voice notes, adjust tracked inventory levels in the Stock tab, flag low counts, and get instant safety warnings through Recall Watch.

03

Route & Automate

Dispatch the captured data seamlessly into Airtable, Google Sheets, Zebra print queues, bespoke Webhooks, or bulk-generate PDF reports offline.

Privacy and control

Connected features stay user-driven.

ScanAtlas is local-first by default. Scan history, folders, notes, settings, and queued actions stay on the device unless the user explicitly exports, syncs, backs up, prints, or routes data to a destination they choose.

Optional Google connections Google Sheets sync and Google Drive backup are separate features that stay off until the user signs in and grants access.
Operator-controlled destinations Webhooks, exports, share sheets, and print queues send data only to the endpoints, apps, folders, or printers the user selects.
Public policies The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service stay publicly available and are linked from every page on this site.

Plan by workflow

Free, Pro, and Business

ScanAtlas scales from fast personal scanning to heavier operational routing, team stock management, and automation capabilities without friction.
